Vitelity has designed it's wholesale carrier network to be the leading Internet and VoIP infrastructure for service providers. This enables service providers to expand their products more quickly and deliver increased value to their customers.
One of the cutting edge services Vitelity provides is a backdoor API in our extensive telecommunications provisioning system. This allows customers to remotely provision and view settings for Enhanced 911 service, local number services, and much more.

We currently provide one of the nations largest VoiP networks to service providers worldwide. On-net local number service is available in 93% of the US calling areas and outbound termination is available to every destination worldwide, all delivered crystal clear over our 100% redundant backbone.

Custom Built Datacenter and Fiber Optic Network
Located at the heart of the Denver Technology Center in Colorado, Vitelity built its own private datacenter and fiber network from the ground up. Starting with only empty office and warehouse space, we have been able to build a
datacenter that is energy efficient, more easily manageable and able to grow to meet the needs of our rapidly expanding infrastructure.
Vitelity owns and operates its own private dark fiber network where we connect to major central offices and Telco hotels in the Denver region. Currently our datacenter has 30Gigabits lit utilizing less than 5% of our overall dark fiber capacity.
Our private network includes multiple GIGe and 10GIGe Internet connections to Level(3), XO, Internap, Comcast, Cogent and Tiscali.

Toll Free Network
Vitelity uses SS7 via DS3 connectivity to the major exchange carriers in the country to provide a robust and quality Toll free product. As one of only one-hundred fifty companies certified by the SMS/800 and FCC to provide Toll free service, we are able to offer unparallelled service to our customers by providing failover routing changes and fast activation of premium markets such as Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico. Our Toll free service providers include MCI, Global Crossing, and Level(3).
Another rare feature that Vitelity offers is InfoDigits. This allows the customer to get specific information on where the customer is calling from such as land line, cellular, payphone and others. We provide this information in a SIP message header and we can prepend the infodigits to the telephone number.
