Local Number Portability (LNP)

Vitelity’s user portal offers a quick and easy way to port your customers local and toll free numbers. Our LNP department processes thousands of requests per month and we scrub every request to ensure acceptance by our upstream carriers. Vitelity also offers bulk DID porting services for 25+ numbers.

On the rare occasion that you need technical assistance, we have a knowledgeable staff of trained professionals available to quickly address and resolve your issues. We provide several methods for contacting support as well as an automated response system that notifies you in the event of a problem.
