What will happen to my Vitelity and Voyant services? What products and services will be offered going forward?
Everything will remain the same. We will continue to offer the same services that Vitelity and Voyant offer today including unified communications as a service (UCaaS), SIP Trunking, fax and mobile softphone applications. We will also now be able to better leverage Inteliquent’s full suite of services. All customers will continue to receive top notch sales and customer support. Over time we’ll be leveraging the power of our combined network, product and support services to improve the value of our services and your overall experience with us.
Will my support change?
Your 24x7x365 support will continue without change. You can call our support team at 888-898-4835 for assistance or alternatively visit vitelity.com/support. You will also continue managing your services in the same customer portal you use today.
Will my sales manager, account manager and other contacts change?
You should continue working with your current sales manager and account manager as you have in the past. We want to make this transition extremely smooth for our customers and partners. You’ll notice our team referencing Inteliquent as our company name when you speak to us on the phone or correspond with us via email. Your day-to-day contacts have not changed.
Will my invoice change?
Your invoice and current remittance process will continue without change.
Will I need to sign a new contract or addendum?
You will not need to sign a new contract or addendum at this time.
Will my commission plan change?
Your commission plan will not be impacted by this transition. With the new company structure, partners will have the opportunity to generate more business deals with the expanded product offerings from the two companies.
What services will the combined company offer?
Together the combined company offers a powerful suite of communications platform solutions for service providers and partners looking to integrate enhanced communications services.
Now providers and partners can come to one company for all the voice, messaging and 9-1-1 services they need for a powerful and integrated solution. Communication service providers can rely on Inteliquent to provide a fuller suite of solutions. We plan to integrate our brandable Acrobits cloud softphone client and robust software development kits (SDKs) with our voice infrastructure to provide our partners with expanded UCaaS private label capabilities.
Will my contacts within the company change?
